I’m Blanca Melendez del Castillo, I am a Personal Brand Strategist, a Visual Brand Expert, a Business Owner, and a TEDx Speaker. I help executives, founders, and professionals stand out, be seen, and make an impact through Personal Branding and Visual Identity.

With over 14 years of running my own business and more than a decade in corporate roles at Siemens, Nestlé, and The Gates Corporation, I have a deep understanding of the business world and how strategic and visual branding come together with storytelling to create a lasting impact.

Founder of peoplebrands & Leadbridge Consulting GmbH, Creator of the Go-To-Expert Accelerator Program & the S.H.I.N.E. I’m Katharina, the founder and managing director of The Female Shift Atelier.

I bring over 30 years of leadership experience in the global sportswear industry, where I have led large teams and shaped complex transformation initiatives.

As a certified high-performance and executive coach, I supports women in navigating critical career transitions with clarity, energy, and authenticity.


My work is grounded in strategic insight, deep empathy, and a belief that leadership starts from within.

I’ve created The Female Shift Atelier to offer women a space to grow consciously — beyond outdated success formulas.
I am also a speaker, psychology student, and mother of two, passionate about helping women lead careers and lives that truly fit.
